Account Manager / Project Estimator
Launceston-based role for a client-focused professional with estimating skills.
Flying Colours Group is looking for a client-focused professional with estimating skills for a Launceston-based role. The ideal candidate thrives on building relationships, excels at managing project timelines and budgets, and is detail-oriented. Experience in print or signage is a plus. Responsibilities include client management, project estimating, coordination, and proactive problem-solving to ensure client satisfaction.
Offset Printer & Leader
An amazing hands-on opportunity to inspire and lead a team!
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity at Flying Colours Group to lead and inspire a team in a growing, supportive, and high-quality print, design, and signage business. Based in Launceston, the role offers a four-day workweek, leadership-level compensation, and the potential for share investment after a qualifying period. Candidates must have a strong foundation in offset printing, exceptional industry knowledge, and a passion for coaching and motivating others. Integrity, commitment to quality, and business-minded leadership are key qualities sought in applicants. Equipment includes Heidelberg presses, a GTO, cylinder, die cutter, and letterpress. We were thrilled with the recent casket wrap. The Flying Colours Group Tas team hit the brief perfectly and it was a talking point all afternoon of how well it represented our Dad. We didn’t make it easy with a quick turnaround required, but they delivered. Our whole hearted thanks.
Fantastic service! I enquired about signage about 7 weeks before I got approval but they were very accommodating. When I went back to Matt he was very clear in the cost, what he needed and the timeline. I was pleasantly surprised when the signage was delivered and installed the next day because they happened to have some extra time so just dropped in to get it done. Great service!
