Signage that Sets the Tone – TrailGraze Dinner 2025

This year’s Trailgraze Dinner wasn’t just a showcase of local food (although, yum) — it was a full sensory experience, and Flying Colours Group was proud to be part of the visual storytelling.

As proud sponsors, we designed and produced the signage that welcomed guests, guided them seamlessly, and added an extra layer of style to the evening. From the striking Welcome Sign and the detailed Dinner Seating Plan to bold A2 and A1 Posters, every piece played a part in shaping the atmosphere. Our Roadside Corflute Signs and Producer Signs helped direct the flow outside and spotlight the stars of the show — the producers themselves.

From arrival to dessert, signage helped the night run smoothly and set the visual tone for the event. The seating plan ensured guests found their place with ease, while the vibrant posters captured the spirit of TrailGraze and elevated the event’s aesthetic. Each sign was carefully considered and professionally finished, with fresh layouts and crisp colour matching that complemented the venue’s styling and branding.

At Flying Colours Group, we believe signage should do more than convey information — it should reflect the personality of the event. It should be functional and beautiful. Fantastic service! I enquired about signage about 7 weeks before I got approval but they were very accommodating. When I went back to Matt he was very clear in the cost, what he needed and the timeline. I was pleasantly surprised when the signage was delivered and installed the next day because they happened to have some extra time so just dropped in to get it done. Great service!
