At Flying Colours, we had the privilege of creating distinctive signage for Glasgow Engineering Company Pty Ltd., a business with a legacy of over 128 years in Tasmania. Glasgow Engineering is known for its diverse capabilities, spanning marine and general engineering, power equipment sales, and high-end domestic appliance sales. Their longevity and ability to adapt to changing market conditions are a testament to their resilience and forward-thinking approach.

For this signage project, we worked closely with Glasgow Engineering to ensure the design and materials reflected their rich heritage and contemporary presence. The sleek, gold-accented lettering emphasises the company’s elegance while clearly communicating their areas of expertise, including machining, fabrication, and power equipment. The signage not only enhances the storefront’s visibility but also reinforces Glasgow Engineering’s professional image in the local community.

This project highlights the essence of what Flying Colours does best – combining traditional craftsmanship with modern design to create functional and striking signage. As Glasgow Engineering continues to evolve in Tasmania’s shifting economy, this new signage will be a symbol of their ongoing commitment to excellence in engineering and premium service.
