Six Russell is a now-iconic Hobart bakery known for its artisan breads, warm atmosphere, and minimal yet striking aesthetic. Partnering with the creative powerhouse Before Creative, Flying Colours Group was engaged to produce and install signage that would bring the brand vision to life—inside and out.

The brief called for eye-catching external signage that complemented the clean, modern façade, and internal signage that aligned with the warm, timber-forward interior design.

Our Solution

We delivered a full signage package that was both functional and aesthetically aligned with the space.

External Signage

• A bold under-awning light box to ensure high street visibility, even at night.

• Clean fascia lettering fabricated from opal acrylic with an aluminium coiled edge, creating a crisp, professional finish with standout durability.

Internal Signage

• Elegant menu boards made from Tasmanian Oak veneer, adding natural warmth to the fit-out.

• Laser-cut black acrylic lettering for clear, sharp readability and a modern contrast against the timber.

All components were produced and installed by the Flying Colours team, ensuring quality control from start to finish.
